"Basically it is always the connections with people that give life its value.“ (Wilhelm von Humboldt, 1767-1835)
In an increasingly digitalised and distanced interaction between people, a conscious approach to one's own network is becoming more and more important (quality instead of quantity).
Network connections and partners not only give us new perspectives on our challenges, but often open up new decision-making options - and choice means freedom.
For a basic understanding, we first work out the theoretical basis of the nature of social connections and their analysis. Then we deal with the prerequisites, tools and methods for the strategic expansion of your own network.
If the number of participants is appropriate and the possibility of a face-to-face meeting is given, we can use short 1:1 role plays to deepen the techniques and practice avoiding pitfalls.
If the event has to be held online, we have to limit ourselves to "1:1 telephone conversation situations".
The content of the event is occasionally supplemented by anonymous examples from professional practice.

To prepare for the topic, a small pre-task will be distributed after registration.
A transfer task with a corresponding report is expected for follow-up

Work Expenditure:

1 ECTS: active participation in the workshop as well as further subtasks, these can be e.g.:
- preparation and follow-up (e.g. in the form of independent reading of recommended literature)
- Carrying out the transfer tasks recommended in the workshop
- Written reflection report or adequate performance
- E-learning components
