Submission Guide

Paper Submission

  • Each paper must be submitted via the conference management system
    • The maximum paper length is six pages
    • The language for the conference is English
    • The papers must follow the IEEE PES conference paper template in A4, which will be published at a later date
    • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference
  • You can find a list of topics in the table above (related topics are also possible).

  • Accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference to be published in IEEE Xplore.

Paper Presentation

  • All accepted papers will be presented orally throughout the technical sessions of the conference.
    • Please use the (soon to be published) PESS 2026 Presentation Template to prepare your slides
    • Each presentation should last 8–10 minutes. Presentations exceeding the 10-minute limit might be cut off.
  • The full conference program will be available by September, 2026.
