Registration
- Public registration will open on 22 August, 2026 and close on 14 September, 2026
- Invited guests will be able to register until 21 September, 2025
- Registration is free of charge for:
- Authors of accepted papers and posters
- Officially invited guests
- Remaining spots will be filled, subject to availability
Important: For a paper to be included in the official proceedings, at least one author must register and attend the conference
Social Activities
We warmly invite all registered participants to join our social activities. Participation in both evening events is included with registration, but prior confirmation is required through the registration form. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate them during registration.
Day 1 - Networking Reception
A networking event will be held on the first evening of the conference at the conference venue. This reception provides an excellent opportunity to meet fellow participants, exchange ideas, and grow your professional network. Finger food and cold drinks will be served.
Day 2 - Conference Dinner
On the second evening, all participants are invited to a conference dinner. Enjoy a memorable evening of good food, conversation, and networking.

Optional Activities
We are currently planning optional activities, such as lab tours, as part of the technical program. These activities will be confirmed closer to the event date, and advance sign-up may be required. If you want to participate, please indicate your interest in the registration form.
