Due to the very large interest in the CCA 2012 conference, we are at the limit of the conference capacity and we need to fix now the organization details. We cannot accept any more registrations and any additional participants from now! Registration on-site is not possible!

How To register for CCA 2012
1. Download the CCA 2012 registration form
2. Print and complete the form.
3. Email or fax the completed form to:

The payment should be made in EURO to Karlsruhe Institute of Technology
by bank transfer to the following bank:

Any charges associated with the money transfer have to be borne by the Participant himself.
You will receive a notification (receipt) once your money has arrived.
2. Credit card
We will accept only VISA or MasterCard.
For the correct indication of credit card information are the credit card holders responsible
(or the persons, who provide us this credit card information - with the Payment Form).
The charge of your credit card may take a few days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of registrations should be notified to the secretariat by a written and signed document
with your name and amount of payment. The following cancellation policy applies to the refund:
We refund 100%* if the cancellation notice arrives before 5th November 2012.
We refund 50%* if the cancellation notice arrives before 12th November 2012.
No refund is possible if the cancellation notice arrives after 12th November 2012.
* Handling costs will be subtracted from the refund.
